TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Safety and Health

• For your safety and our responsibility, we do not tattoo individuals under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or medication.

• Individuals with health risks such as bleeding disorders, immune deficiencies (e.g., HIV), or other severe illnesses cannot be tattooed.

• We only tattoo individuals aged 18 and above. Minors aged 16 and above can be tattooed with written consent from a parent or legal guardian, who must also be present.

• Please bring a valid photo ID.

Consultation

• Consultations take place in person at our studio and require an appointment.

• During the consultation, we discuss your ideas, the design, and address any questions. This service is free of charge.

Pricing

• Starting price: €100

Hourly rate: €150

• Fixed prices may be agreed upon beforehand, depending on the size, style, and complexity of the tattoo.

Appointment and Deposit

• A contract is established once the customer schedules a tattoo appointment, and a €100 deposit is required. This deposit will be credited toward the final price.

Rescheduling: You may reschedule your appointment free of charge up to 5 days in advance. The deposit will remain valid.

Cancellations: If you cancel within 5 days of the appointment or fail to show up, the deposit will be retained as compensation.

• In case of illness, the deposit will only be credited if a medical certificate is provided.

• If we have to cancel the appointment for unforeseen reasons, the deposit will be fully refunded or credited toward a new appointment.

Payment Methods

• We only accept cash payments and do not accept €500 notes.

• We are working on implementing digital payment methods such as card payments in the near future.

Gift Vouchers

• Gift vouchers can be purchased in any amount.

• The value of the voucher cannot be redeemed for cash.

Hygiene and Aftercare

• We adhere to the highest hygiene standards in accordance with Austrian tattoo regulations and use sterile materials.

• On the day of your appointment, we expect a basic standard of personal hygiene.

• After your tattoo session, you will receive detailed aftercare instructions.

        • Liability Disclaimer: We are not responsible for any damages caused by improper aftercare.

Touch-ups

• If a touch-up is needed, it will be provided free of charge within 3 months, provided the aftercare instructions were followed.

• In cases of negligent aftercare (e.g., scratching or use of unsuitable products), we reserve the right to charge for the touch-up.

Consent Form

• Before starting the tattoo process, you are required to fill out and sign a written consent form.

• This form confirms your acknowledgment of aftercare instructions and any potential risks (e.g., allergic reactions).

Image Rights

• Tattoo designs created by us are copyrighted and may only be used or taken with our explicit permission.

• Photos and videos of completed tattoos may be taken and used for advertising purposes (e.g., on social media).

        • If you do not wish for your tattoo to be published, please inform us before the appointment begins.

Severability Clause

• If any provision of these terms and conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. In such cases, the contract will adhere to the applicable legal regulations.
